Calcium stearate is used to control effloresence in concrete. I don't believe there is any effect on shrinkage. However, it is often added to other concrete admixtures, like water reducers. Those products can effect shrinkage, but usually they help to reduce it.
It depends on the size of the unspecified cube size, and what and how they are to be used? More information is needed.
Excess water (over hydration) causes weak concrete. The water in concrete is there to start a chemical process which results in the hardening process. The excess water is not used in the chemical process and results in a weakened concrete.

It would weaken the concrete, so keep out the salt.
The water/concrete ratio, not mixing it well enough, quality of raw materials, the age of the concrete, and the temperature and humidity of the area surrounding the concrete.

The greenhouse effect heats up the earth but, due to the planet's strangeness, the manufacture of concrete cools up the earth.

The size of the fruit does not effect the voltage. If you're making a light, the size can effect how long it lasts. The greater the size, the longer it will last
Segregation in concrete is a case of particle segregation in concrete applications, in which particulate solids tend to segregate by virtue of differences in the size, density, shape and other properties of particles of which they are composed. Bleeding (conc.) The term given to the process by which water rises to the surface giving a puddling effect on top of the laid concrete. This is caused by excessive water in the mix, particularly prominent in cold weather.

The weight of a concrete mixer truck can vary depending on the size of the truck and if the truck is weighted with concrete it may be carrying. A concrete mixer truck is about 20,000 to 30,000 pounds without concrete.
