you mean souvlaki... anyway souvlaki is a greek food and the recipe is simple and very tasty! i am greek and i have eaten it a thousand times! check out its recipe on the internet im sure you'll find something but theres a chance you'll find souvlaki recipes that tell you to put in it lamb. This is TOTALLY wrong, in souvlaki us Greeks put always pork or sometimes chicken! Remember that! hope i helped!
