How do you get the power wire through the firewall on your impala?

By power wire, I assume that you are talking about an amp or another accessory to that sort. You will have to look up behind your brake pedal toward the corner, there should be a small hole cover with a black 2-way, just push the wire through the 2-way. If you car does not have a hole that you can see, you can drill a small one in that area. -Shocker

What radio wire is what?

There are fourteen 18 guage wires. They are as follows: Orange & Orage/White: Lights & Dimmer Yellow: Battery Red: Ignition Switch Blue: Remote Wire for Stereo Black: Ground Wire 2 Greens, 2 Purples, 2 Greys, 2 Whites: These are your speaker wires and should be labeled accordingly (Front/Rear-Left/Right). There are two sets of RCA cables: Yellow goes to your auxiliary, such as an iPod jack. Grey goes to your amplifier. Hope that helps!

How an rtd work?

RTD stands for resistance temperature difference. There are three types of RTD i.e 2 wire,3 wire and 4 wire.A PT-100 RTD is generally used in industry to determine temperature. It`s one end sense temperature and hence due to this resistance of metal changes. This change in resistance is calculated and temperature is calculated through a formula: R=r(1+@^t) where ^ = .03692

How it work RTD with 3 wires?

3 wire gives more accuracy than 2 wire RTD. There are 3 terminals like shown in figure. The 2 red terminals has short. and it gives resistance value between white and any one of the red terminals. 2 red wires are there, one is the compensating wire to avoid the resistivity of the red, red and whit wires. so one of the red wire is also called as compensating wire/led.

What are the advantages disadvantages of 2 or 3 wire deep well pumps?

2 wire pumps have the start controls inside the motor, 3 wire have a separate start panel that needs to be mounted in a dry location above ground. If there is a problem with capacitors or relays, the 3 wire panel can be repaired easily. Not so much with the 2 wire. 2 wire can be cheaper and quicker to install.

How do you conect 3 wire rtd with xtr101?

Three lead RTD is an industrial standard when a bridge arrangement is used. The advantage of this design is it distributes resistance due to the connecting leads equally to the adjacent arms of the bridge making lead resistance insignificant and avoids any error due the same. When it comes matter of using xtr we need to add lead resistance with the R4 as given in the datasheet of texas. This can be done by using a variable resistance for R4 and do change the R4 such that the output current becomes 4mA for lower bound of range.. (ie) (their is no need to use the 3 lead RTD for accuracy same accuracy can acheived here with 2 lead RTD. just by having a variable resistor R4)

Why shunt has four terminals?

Similar to the third wire on an RTD, 2 terminals are the current carrying conductors, 2 for the voltage. There will be a voltage drop across any current carrying connection. The voltage sense lines don't carry any current, so they accruately measure the voltage across the calibrated resistor/shunt.

Advantages of 3wire over 2 wire distribution system?

Advantages: (i) Two different voltages are available-high voltage for power load and low voltage for domestic and light load. (ii) With the same volume of copper, 3 wire dc distribution system is able to deliver more power i.e. twice of that with two wire distribution system without affecting the efficiency. (iii) If a 3 wire and a 2 wire feeders both transmit the same amount of power over the same distance with the same efficiency, the three wire feeder, if load is balanced and the cross section of middle wire is half of the x-section of either outers, requires only 0.3125 times copper as required by two wire feeder. Disadvantages: Requirement of additional (third wire), partially reduces safety and necessity of a balancer set causing an increase in cost. Three wire systems can be obtained by using two generator method or balancer set method. The main drawback of the former method is that two separate generators are required.
