It is a mathematical metric showing how a ship could theoretically travel faster than light in a global sense while not violating any physics laws. It works by not propelling the ship conventionally such as with rockets, but actually "warping" spacetime around the ship itself. The ship is actually sitting still inside of the spacetime warp bubble but on the outside you are going faster than light. From what we know so far, the only way we think we can artifically warp spacetime is by somehow manipulating exotic matter, such as dark matter perhaps, which as of now we have no idea how to do. In Star Trek they generate a certain form of matter called "warp plasma" from an antimatter reactor. They then shoot the plasma, which I thorize to be some form of exotic matter, onto a warp coil which creates the bubble outside of the ship. They shoot the plasma onto the warp coil in a pattern, which creates propultion.
As of now, we will need some large physics breakthroughs to make this work, and we don't even know if it's possible right now. If we were to fund things like NASA more instead of wars and unneeded welfare, we could have something like this and be exploring the stars in 100 years instead of 400.
what I mean is, the alcubierre drive needs negative energy to work so what are the properties of negative energy
The "warp drive" is a ficticious device used in science fiction - specifically, in the Star Trek series. It is not a real device, and I don't think many details are published about how it is supposed to work.

A warp bubble is a theoretical design of propulsion that is able to overcome the theory that nothing can travel passed the speed of light. Instead of trying to go faster, the warp bubble allows a craft to condense the space in front of them and expand the space in back of them. In essence it is like a cosmic surfer. The spacecraft would ride upon the wave of spacial distortion that it is creating by its warp bubble.
mainly because the heat makes the wood weak. Therefore making it warp. (okay honestly, I'm guessing)
An Alcubierre drive is a hypothetical means of faster-than-light propulsion, based on the controlled contraction and expansion of surrounding space.

A football-shaped star-ship for effective speed faster than light.
Well... The Alcubierre metric, also known as the Alcubierre drive or Warp Drive, is a speculative mathematical model of a spacetime exhibiting features reminiscent of the fictional "warp drive" from Star Trek, which can travel "Faster-than-light" In 1994, the Mexican physicist Miguel Alcubierre proposed a method of stretching space in a wave which would in theory cause the fabric of space ahead of a spacecraft to contract and the space behind it to expand.[1] The ship would ride this wave inside a region known as a warp bubble of flat space. Since the ship is not moving within this bubble, but carried along as the region itself moves, conventional relativistic effects such as time dilation do not apply in the way they would in the case of a ship moving at high velocity through flat spacetime. So, maybe... but there are lots...
Yes, the Alcubierre Drive relates to a solution to one of Einstein's field equations in his General Theory, although the solution itself does not imply that creation of the drive itself would be a practical endeavor; it remains in the realm of theory.
The population of Alcubierre is 439.

Since the Alcubierre drive would require exotic matter and specifically matter with a negative energy density, unobtanium might be a perfect fuel (presuming that its a consumable) given the significant overlap of a theoretical material with such a broad definition.
The population of Senés de Alcubierre is 50.
Inocencia Alcubierre was born in 1901, in Uncastillo, Zaragoza, Aragn, Spain.
