Psalm 117 is the shortest Psalm in The Bible - just two verses.

Psalm 117:

1 O praise the Lord, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people.

2 For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord endureth for ever. Praise ye the Lord.

Jewish numbering, it depends on the publisher. Verses are not standard in Judaism. The shortest verse is usually considered either of the following:

Ever, Peleg, Re'u

And Job spoke and said

In Christian numbering, the Exodus 20:13 (KJV) would be the shortest verse in Hebrew, but in Hebrew texts used in Judaism this is not a single verse:

Jewish numbering:

You will not murder. You will not commit adultery. You will not steal. You will not not tell a lie against your neighbor.

Christian numbering:

Exodus 20:13

Thou shalt not murder.

Jewish numbering doesn't match Christian numbering. The shortest verse in Jewish numbering is usually considered any of the following:

And Isaac dwelt in Gerar

Ever, Peleg, Re'u

And Job spoke and said

There are many verses with just three Hebrew words (and no verses with just two words). You can find one of the three-word verses in Genesis 26:6.
