In the condition they are usually found, with parts of the mechanism stuck and springs rusted, they go from $30 and up.
Please note that .38 caliber for these guns does not refer to the common .38 Special round. They are chambered for an older and weaker .38 S&W cartridge, which is fairly hard to find these days. In any case, if you wanted to try shooting it, consult a competent gunsmith to see whether it's safe to fire, since fingers are difficult to replace.
