Don't quite understand the question. Anyone with a legitimate reason can view a person's criminal history. Any offenses committed prior to your 18th birthday will not be available to anyone except law enforcement and the courts, everything else since your 18th birthday is a public record and never 'goes away.'

In Washington state, there is no specific statute of limitations for background checks. However, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) sets limitations on the reporting of certain types of information for employment background checks, generally limiting the reporting of non-conviction information to seven years. It's important to consult with legal counsel or a background screening professional for specific guidance on compliance with background check laws.
