This is likely a Stevens 315 I also have a hammerless double barrel shotgun but it has J Stevens Arms Company Chicopee Falls Mass patented April 20 1915.The way I was told to tell what model it was,by the length of the upper tang. The model 315 has a 2 5/8" Tang and a model 515 has a Tang of 2 7/8".My gun is the model 315 and from the J Stevens name I have been told that it was made between 1915 and 1936.As far as the value goes I have seen them go for between $250.-$400. I got mine at a garage sale for $100. 5 years ago.
The value is $100.00 dollars to $250.00 in prestine condition. Flaws and damage take away from value-scratches and chips-etc.
$100 - $200, assuming in useable condition but not 100% new condition
50-150 USD
The Page-Lewis Model 50 was discontinued in 1933. I belive they started to make them in 1928. I sold in 1933 for around 5 dollars out of the Sears catalog. Today it is worth around 150 dollars or so.
Blue Book of Gun Values will assist you.
About $100 in very good condition.
The Stevens/Springfield single-shots routinely bring under $100 at retail. sales@countrygunsmith.net
value of a model 1915 22 long rifle, snw465 or 466 j stevens arms company
From what I havw found out, it is worth about $250. and is very hard to find any info on. More in books than on the internet.
I suspect you are confusing a patent date marking with a model number. What are the other markings on the gun? sales@countrygunsmith.net OK. The best we can do is narrow it to the 1930's. No factory records exist. This was after the Savage takeover, and Stevens was still producing guns in the Chicopee Falls plant. They used the Springfield name as a value-brand.
The Stevens Model 58 Salvage Shotgun with no serial number was probably manufactured in the early 1940's in Chicopee Falls MASS. It's value could range from $400.00 to $ 1500.00 depending on condition. If it has the Chicopee Falls Mass manufacturer on the barrel a good starting point is $ 500.00 and up depending on condition.
10-50 usd
Anywhere from $50=200. Savage made several DOZEN different models. Exact value would depend on model AND condition.
