minimum is 60 minutes

Um, as in running and such? I'm a kid/preteen, so I'll try to be unbiased. It depends on the age of the kid, if it's a little kid, you could get them a small new toy for every time he gets the amount of exercise you ask for. Or for a teenager, I think money would do the trick! [Not saying to bribe them, just say that if you run ___ blank miles a week, you get $5, or some small amount like that!] Sorry if this information doesn't help much!
Kid should not do any exercise. He is expected to play on the ground.
A kid should exercise 30-45 mins per day.
The kid gets expelled and raped!
Exercise
2 kids row to other side. one kid gets back into boat and rows back to first side. Kid gets out, and parent gets in, and rows to other side. Parent gets out, other kid gets in boat, and rows to first side. kid gets in, and both row to other side kid gets out, other kids rows to first side parent gets in, rows to other side parent gets out, kid rows to first side kid gets in, both row to other side
Generally a kid should be outside playing for a minimum of 60 minutes a day. remember not to make your kid to concious of exercise as a chore and make it play! Fun works best with kids.
It all depends on how old the child is and the level of competition that the child is involved in. If your looking at your average kid, the best amount of excersize is: a good diet, always stretch before and after you practice, drink water,...that's the best answer that I could think of....but you should ask the child's doctor.
Everyone starts on side A Two kids row to side B. One kid gets out, other rows back to side A Kid gets out on side A and 1 adult gets in, rows to B. Adult gets out on side B. That kid gets back in and rows back to A other kid gets back in the boat and both kids return to side B. One kid gets out on B, the other rows back to A Kid gets out on A, remaining adult gets in and rows to B. Kid on B gets back in boat and rows to A, picks up the other kid, and they row back to B. Now everybody is on B
Diet and exercise
it really does depend because if you are a person like as kid for example, they need more exercise that an elderly person would need. but if you are a person who barely eats anything you should do less exercise than a person who eats all the food in the world. if you are a person like an athlete. athletes train most of the day. on average the average person should do about 1 hour a day of exercise depending on their build etc
