Typically weight can vary of a girl that height. There are a lot of factors to consider including muscle mass, fat, water retention. You could be 145 lbs and be in much better shape than a 130 lbs girl. Idealy however, the weight should be in the range of 120 to 140. Again, it all depends on those factors mentioned.
