There are a couple things that decide what the best dps class is.
1. Do you want to be melee or ranged.
2. What class do you feel comfortable dps'ing as? No matter what class is best, if you are not comfotable with it, you will not do very well.
Yeah in the world of warcraft DPS is damage per second, its pretty much the classes that can do damage use spells and such. there's tank-def, heal-healer and DPS-damage
It depends on what you want the Paladin to be...tank or dps. Tanking go protection and dps go retribution.
Holy priests
The Paragon (Warrior) is by far one of the best DPS class rift.
In the online game, World of Warcraft or WoW, there is one class that can use a spell called hex. That class is a shaman, characterized by their versatility, healer/dps status, and mail armor.
It stands for Damage per second. Higher is better. DPS can also be refered to as the act of applying damage to a target, or to refer to a class that has the primary role of damage (mage, hunter, warlock, etc.)
Most Warcraft players would agree that an Arcane/Fire hybrid spec provides the highest sustainable DPS for the mage class, making it the best specification for raids.
a warlock is good with a mage cause there both range and nice dps well i think it is cause my bro is warlock and im a frost arcane mage and my bro war demonic and we totaly pwned in dungeons pvp, quests, arena's and raids
Hardest is not easily defined. It depends on skill lvl, character lvl, skill playing the character lvl, an class. Every BG has stong classes and weak classes. IMO AV is a great for DPS casters ie mages and druids and rogues can pretty much do well in all BGs. If you are doing AV and are a caster/dps make sure you ALWAYS stay close to the pallys and warriors (dps or tank)
i think a druid or hunter. A druid because you can turn into a cat, bear, cheetah, seal, or a bird. A hunter because you can you the Survival talent tree, which is good for player versus player (pvp), the Markmanship tree, which is sorta kinda good for damage per second (dps), and the Beastmastery Tree, which is good dps and damage and you can tame any sort of exotic (rare) beast you want. Hope I answered your question!
For raiding and instances, or groups in general where there is a tank, i would say marksman. survival tree is kinda for pvp, and the BM tree is for leveling. at least that is how it was explained to me
I have a priest on spinebreaker, I've found my best talent tree build has been in discipline. Discipline allows you to be an effective healer and dps for leveling though some usually go for shadow priest. my priest is a level 65 and has a 6k crit.
