Eat lots of fruit (watermelon, strawberries, Oranges, pineapple, mango e.t.c )and vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, cauliflower, onions, radishes, asparagus e.t.c) that have a lot of water in it as it digest faster. Especially eat fish and dairies products. Drink lots of water and fresh fruit juices (100%). Eat wholegrain cereals for breakfast.

Avoid sweets, pastry, fatty foods e.g that have a lot of oil/fat and salty food and fast food.

Don't eat a huge amount of food but eat food that will satisfy you.

Start working out on the areas you want to lose weight on.

  • You would also need calcium and below are fruits and vegetables that have calcium:

Cauliflower, onions, radishes, tomatoes, asparagus, figs, fish and dairies, salads, cucumbers, celery, red beet, citric fruits, bananas, almonds...

You would need calcium because you don't want to miss out on it as it can prevent colds and infections and can heal tissue muscles. Don't forget that you need your vitamins which you can get from fruit, vegetables e.t.c.

In work outs, make sure you sweat and you heart beat is racing fast but doesn't have to happen in all workouts. Motivate yourself and be positive.

  • If you prefer fun cardio workouts/easy workouts:

Dance to music you like

Go to the swings at the park while listening to music

Walk to the shops really fast (take breaks in between)

Yoga (helps you to relax and distress)

Stretching your muscles

Swimming

Cleaning house
