only eat when your body is physically hungry, stop eating when you feel your belly is just satisfied. it might take a little practise to learn to listen to your body. you will be surprised how little food your body actually needs. when you eat in this manner, you can eat the foods you enjoy, go for 80% good, healthy foods, and 20% other. exercise 3-5 times a week, anything from a walk or swim to a cardio class, suit yourself
