AS A retired groomer... I recommend the wipes that a vet can supply if you are dealing with a reoccurring infection problem. ( also look into the cause of the infection ie: water bowl or toilet bowl as well as exposed planters and outside fountains, after lapping water they lick their feet and it spreads back and forth ) otherwise baby wipes with no alcohol and an emollient for cleaning. The new organic baby wipes work well if you are dealing with post walk grime from sidewalks and parking lots. Hope this helps.
