Although Bellvale Farms Creamery isn't a restaurant that serves full meals in Warwick, NY, I still enjoy eating there just because of the friendly people who work there and the people I meet. The ice cream is also something that pulls me back to the creamery when I visit the area. Since I have been there several times, I have had the opportunity to explore a variety of the items on the menu.I must say that one of my favorite items on the menu is the Greek yogurt. It is possibly better than the ordinary frozen yogurt that I have tried. While sitting at one of the adorable tables, there is a breathtaking view of the hills near the creamery. This is a place where as soon as you walk inside you won't want to leave. I have found that the best time to go is in the evening so that you can see the sunset.Fresh ice cream is a specialty of this creamery. There are original flavors as well as the typical ones like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I love the homemade flavor as I used to make ice cream with my grandmother when I was younger. This is somewhere that will take you back to your younger days, a place where you can make memories of enjoying an ice cream cone with your children. The double waffle cone is more than enough for one person, and the best thing is that you can get each scoop a different flavor. I like the coconut ice cream in the summer, but in the winter, I enjoy the ice cream pies as these are a little more filling. From ice cream cakes to gallons of ice cream that you can take home, there is something for everyone. There are times during the year that you can see the herd of cows. This is also when the creamery holds open houses, giving discounts on their already reasonable prices.
