Losing weight is not that hard. But in today's society there are too many choices that make it hard.

I lost 40 lbs 5 years ago. I have managed to keep it off.

I did it by following weight watches online and using a natural appetite suppressant to curb my hunger while I was losing.

Weight Watchers worked for me because it taught me all about nutrition, healthy choices and portion control. While it was a little expensive, I didn't have to stay with them for long. Once I learned how to use the program I canceled them but continued to use what they taught me.

I also found that while I was losing I was often hungry. That was the only hard part of losing. The use of a natural appetite suppressant worked wonders for me.
exercise has been proven to work the best... also eating healthy, reducing calories in foods!

There are an incredible amount of companies and products who claim they hold the secret for losing weight quickly and easily without any dieting or exercise. At best, those companies are lying; at worst, they are selling you products which could have dangerous side effects.

Other than lap-band surgery or any other kind of surgical procedure (highly expensive, and sometimes risky), there is no way to simply lose weight. Using a program like Weight Watchers often helps, but primarily because it serves as an emotional and moral support system. The only surefire way to lose weight is the old fashioned way: burn more calories than you consume. That means eating more healthy foods and exercising more.
