after your warm-up but before your main exercise routine.
when you wake up and when you are about to jog,run and excrise if you dont stretch and you do some excriseing you will pull a muscle so yea this are the best time to stretch
during warmup
It seems to be that there isn't a specific method of fitness to improve your flexibility. i am looking this up for my college work, and the only way to improve this is to just generally stretch every day, and make sure you stretch the muscle for about 10-12 seconds, as the muscles are being stretched they then adapt to that length, therefore your flexibility will improve.
There is a difference between elasticity and flexibility. Elasticity is the ability to stretch and flexibility is the ability to bend.
stretch every day AND eat healthy
Well Muscular flexibility is important because if you stretch you muscles,as an athlete, you will be able to run faster jump higher and such, and as of joint stababilty, you need good joint stability so if you move in an unorthodox way your joints will not roll or turn or event shatter/
Elasticity refers to the ability of a material to return to its original shape after being stretched or compressed. Flexibility, on the other hand, refers to the ability to bend easily without breaking. In short, elasticity is about how much a material can stretch and return, while flexibility is about how easily a material can bend.
Flexibility
Flexibility
Yes. When you stretch your muscles, you improve your flexibility for a little while. If you stretch everyday it can improve your overall flexibility.
there are multiple debates on this. my thoughts are that you stretch the muscle before an athletic event for 30 seconds
Yes. That is true.
flexibility is the measure of how far a person's muscle, tendons and joints will stretch. One can improve their flexibility by gently stretching or moving their bodies.
By not stretching for. Also why would anyone want to lose flexibility. It is a very good thing to have.
