Ok. To start out on this, JOIN WEIGHTWATCHERS! Well you dont have to join but use the method. 50 calories equals one point. And if you are 230 pounds, eat 28 points a day! I lost 6 pounds on the first 3 days on this method. i weigh 170 pounds and im 12. lol trust me youre not alone!
