Do morning cardio for 40min., eat a protein filled low carb breakfast and eat salads the rest of the day with minimal non fat dressing and end the day with a protein shake. Walk around the block twice during the afternoon and drink plenty of water and no soda or juice for all the five days. Taking extra fiber will help too.
