There is no "best way" to ask out a girl. Wait, yes there is: be honest, be yourself, be relaxed (man, that ain't easy!), be nice....and remember, there are plenty of "worst ways" to ask out a girl!

I know the "be yourself" line sounds trite, but that is a good way to go. say you try to work something up, some line, some "perfect" way to ask her out. probably isn't gonna sound like you, you'll be all nervous and everything....and you'll wind up actin' a fool. if you just "be yourself" - what you say will come out all normal sounding, and if she is the same sort of person you are - well then she'll like what you say and how you say it - and she'll say "yes!".

The best way is to do it when she isn't around her friends-alone. Tell her why you like her and say how long you have like her. e.g. Hey (name) I think your really funny, pretty and friendly and i have like you for a while and well, i would like to know if you would want to go out with me?

She will say yes... hopefully. be yourself and don't be mean to others. girls hate that as i have had from past experience

use chat up lines to help bide the conversation along for example: if you were a bogey i would pick you first.

Just go up to her and do it, nothing bad could happen from this. I wouldn't be too up-stuck about this however, sometimes being so romantic can be the worse.
