The best way to clean a plastic hose for a fish tank is to use pipe cleaners, depending on the width of the interior tube you may be able to use a rag as a pipe cleaner type tool and just spin the rag through the hose until it is clean.

On top right in front of the fuel injector closest to the firewall. Has three hose connections. Big hose on top, little hose on the side and a medium hose on the bottom. Take off the little side hose first since the fitting breaks off easily. Then pull out of the bottom hose and top hose. Clean or replace.

Personnaly, I use window cleaner. I spray it on a cloth generously and wipe until it looks like it's clean. For the venting on a tv it will be easier to use a vacuum cleaner with an upholtery brush attachment on the hose. If you don't have an upholstery brush you can always use pipecleaner brushes or something with small bristles that will fit inside the vents.

You have to buy flexible plastic hose, there is no way you could make it, even with the correct materials.
Get the proper hose from advanced(where I have the best price and service). Hose clamps that fit the new hose. Start by removing the lowest hose end by the wipers. Hold it high to not loseing fluid when detached. Drain fluid into a clean bottle. Then remove the end by tfluid tank. Replace with new hose and clamps. Refill with new fluid or the old if clean.
if it is just clogged, use a compressed air (can or tank/pump with relatively high PSI) and aim down hose. with many people however, it is apparently a hole in the hose, in which case you should take out the carpet and if necessary miscellaneous pieces of the dash and plastic pillar running down the side of the windshield. Then, remove the tubes, either melt other plastic onto the hole to fix it or replace with generic flexible plastic tubing.
