ANS2:Tin roof is usually not made of tin. Tin is a very soft metal, like lead. What people usually call tin roofing is actually galvanized steel. If you have a lot to cut, you will wear yourself out with tin snips. The best plan is to overlap corrugated roofing so as to not need to make major cuts. If you still end up with major cuts, you can use an abrasive or metal blade on a circular saw or a reciprocating saw (e.g., SawzAll--see link). Personally, I'd grab my sawzall every time because I loose less blood using that as compared to tin snips...and a circular saw + ladder + sharp edges just scares me, and I'm fearless. If it turns out that your tin roof is actually aluminum, you can score the metal with a utility knife and it will break along the cut when you fold it. Practice on scrap. This only works when you cut parallel to the corrugations. If you need to cut across, use the sawzall.
Roosters don't lay eggs.
Usually the best way is to simply build a new sloped roof onto the flat roof.
The best way to plug a leak in a roof while waiting for a professional vary's on the level of damage. But it is suggested to use a type of roof sealent until the professional arrives.
Power washing or brushing with a soft brush will remove algae from your roof.
The best way to cut any tile is to remove it from it's setting, carefully and then cut it on a wet tile saw.

You cut rafters, brace them as needed depending on the span and shingle it. I put one on a friend of mines. I cut the outside ends of the rafters at an angle so that I didn't need to change the fascia. Lay a 2x6 flat on the existing roof to run the braces down to. Your roof may not be flat but have a slope one way on it so you will have to take that into consideration for the peaked roof. He had a slightly sloped roof with tar and gravel on it and at the time I was able to put a pitched roof on for less than they wanted to re tar the flat one.
It depends how much damage was done to the roof. If it just knocked off a few tiles, any roof repair company can fix that. If it did major damage, look into getting the whole roof replaced.
use a knife
you obviously use scissors
