You clearly have a lot in common, which is a good start, you get along well and this is a relationship that given the right environment could flourish. You need to meet her, you're already friends, now you need to find out whether there is anything more between you. If you can't meet her, then don't instigate anything until it is possible for you two to have a relationship, it would make things very difficult, so just talk and be friends and one day when you meet - you'll know if there is any possibility of more. If you can only talk on the phone, I am not sure what the purpose would be to even know if she is interested. Why would she be? What is she going to do? Commit herself to a ohone only relationship? Would you be so cruel as to expect someone to do this? On the other hand, if really getting together is a possibility, then I would just ask her. Get some guts and do it. You already spend hours on the phone. If you wait too long you will become "just friends". I know, it's risky. If she is offended you may ruin the relationship you have already, but guess what - it is doomed already if you have strong feelings for her and she thinks of you as a friend. Only then you will go through your entire life wondering "what if" and never live it down. TRUST ME. I know from experience and I am now 35 years old.......
