For me, the best way to prevent pimples is to: 1) Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. (more on citrus fruits) 2) Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. 3) Have enough rest or sleep (8-10 hrs.) 4) Observe proper hygiene. 5) Do not eat to much sweets (chocolates) and peanuts. 6) Do not eat foods that are oily/fried. 7) Lastly, consult your dermatologist. 8) Visit goodteen.webs.com for more good tips like this. Do this and your pimples will be gone in no time!

Things you need:

Face Cleanser (Non foaming. I use Noxzema original.)

Warm water ( not hot or cold)

A refining mask (I use proactiv refining mask)

a cloth

Your face :D

My way to treat pimples is simple.

Get a cleanser. ( I use Noxzema orignial, it can be found at wal mart or mainly any store)

*DO NOT GET A FOAMING CLEANSER.* It will make your skin greasy and result in more pimples.

Cover your face in the cleanser (your face can be dry or damp, but results are better with a damp face), not just the area with pimples. The cleanser will not, foam or soak in, so just let it be.

Count thirty steamboats.

Gently wash the cleanser off your skin with a wet cloth. Repeat this step very well. You can wipe your face over quite a few times to ensure there is no remaining cleanser.

You can slightly pat dry your face, but not completely. Leave it slightly damp.

Quickly, before your face is dry, rub in the refining mask into your skin where the pimple(s) are.

Your skin should still be wet, so it will rub in easily.

This will work around ten minutes before bed, but you can use this whenever you want.

I use this technique every time i shower or wash. It also prevents pimples, and gets rid of them by the next day, in case i have something coming up.

The good thing is that it reduces redness of pimples and it makes them less noticable by stopping the swelling, so they get smaller.

the best way to deal with pimples,is to wash it with not just any other soap...because some have chemicals that can cause excess sebum, oil produces pimples when it is covered with dead skin cells. never pop or squeeze it, this will cause permanent scarring. Always drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, also eat food that have vitamin c such as: fruits and vegetables wash your face with warm water(not with soap,this harms your pimples and causes to produce more of them). the pimples will eventually fade away for a few days.

There are many different ways but the one that works for me is get salt and warm water in a cup with lemon juice take a cotton ball wipe it all over your face leave it on for ten minutes then wash it off with cold water do that twice a day till your skin is clear!

Wash your face every morning and every night before you go to bed. Choose a face cleanser, toner and moisturiser for acne-prone skin. Do not pick at the pimples, it will only aggrevate them. And if you are a teenager, have patience since they will eventually disappear. I can recommend the Clinique anti-blemish system.

Wash your face to remove dirt with soap and water.

Follow up by removing oil and bacteria with an Astringent cleanser (alcohol, witch hazel, etc)

Do not touch your face, your hands leave behind dirt and oils that clog pores.

Eat more vegetables high in fiber and water content (leafy greens, broccoli, etc).

Eat less meats (or at least less fatty meats), the fat and oil build up in your system can causes breakouts.

Eat less sugar and corn syrups, the high acid content can wreak havoc on your immune system which than has a hard time combating bacteria build up.
