For breakfast i eat 2eggs with a sauage/bacon (on a plate..NO CARBS) for lunch i usually have a 1/2 lb of chicken salad or tuna (no bread) and dinner i usaully have some type of meat...like chicken etc i lost 6lbs in the first week, although most of it was water weight. but ive lost about 15lbs of body fat so far, and im gonna keep it going (for the record, although now i go to the gym, i didnt for the first month and lost about 14lbs)
