The best way is to make shure to not eat over a portion of food when eating meals.When you see foods that are junk food read how many calories and dont take to many.You can also go to YouTube and search it up they have great meals that are just as good tasting but way less calories.To keep fit you want to make shure to go on morning walks till you are ready to go on joggs than you run. This worked for me way better than tv adds. And it is free.
