If you want to grab a video off the net and have it on your desktop without streaming it. Its impossible. But if you want to find a website that allows you to download videos. Don't try looking for the actuly thing. Search for file sharers. Eg. Blubster and Limewire. But try and find something that does more then just songs.

Try out Project TV free. Google search it and it should come up !

It shows movies and tv shows for free without download, watched a couple of movies and shows on there. You can also download to your computer but i'd rather not, you have to download this eMule thing first which could harm your computer.
