The best brand is your choice. Any major brand of oil is good. I personally use Pennzoil and have for over 40 years with not one internal engine problem. Just as important is to use a quality name brand filter such as Purolator, Wix, Bosch, Mopar, etc. Avoid Fram filters as they are poorly made. As to the weight of oil use exactly what Dodge recommends as listed in your owners manual and on the oil fill cap.
