I've heard of going .060" over, but most builders feel .030" over is the limit.

350 block, 400 crank. Main journals must be turned to accept 350 bearings. Stock bore is 377. .030 over is 383.

82MM is standard bore and 71.2MM is the Stroke
a 400 small block Chevy has a 4.125" bore.
the 400 better storke & bore diameter i actually wound up deciding to stroke the 350 block to 3.75 and bore it .030 over and build a 383 (382.74 actual cid) and put a rev limiter on it at 6500 rpm so that i dont spin a bearing or anything for a drag engine but thanks for the advice. personally i dont like 400 blocks cuz they run hotter and crack easier and i have never had luck with them. but other people like them so it helped pay for my project by seeling the 400 block
