I would suspect a musculoskeletal problem, and that the dancer should seek medical attention to determine the cause. It may simply be a strained tendon or torn muscle, or it could be a bulging intervertebral disc that needs attention.

She might be bending hundreds of time in domestic work. Being the girl, she might be getting very poor quality food in house. She should be given injection Arachitol 300,000 I.U. by intramuscular route. She need to be given some calcium syrup as well. Counselling of the family may not be possible in some cultures.
