Rubbish - how can you have a Swiss cheese capital that is not in Switzerland?

The most common Swiss cheeses, all named after the place they come from, are Appenzeller, Emmentaland Gruyère.

Right off the top of my head I come up with France and Netherlands as two cheese capitals, but Italy also makes some great cheese.

I don't think any state has cheese as its capital. However Wisconsin is considered 'the Cheese state'.
