Enthusiastic tone, enthusiastic smile, emotional connection, and eye contact. This is how we are to approach and take care of each customer.

Don't sound all depressing in your tone. Be happy and cheery, like you are happy to be there. We are supposed to smile bright and big! We have to talk to people so we connect with their emotions, like saying "how are you, did you hear about so and so, etc." We keep eye contact when we talk, so it shows we are listening.

I've been working at Chick-fil-A for like 8 months. Hope this helped. :)
