where are the spark plugs of a 2000 crown Victoria
8 spark plugs
Your crown vic has 8 spark plugs. It is a 4.6 v-8 engine.
Probably a cracked cylinder head.
Just follow the ign. wires to the plugs, and use a spark plug socket.
On a 1996 Ford Crown Victoria , which has the 4.6 liter Single Over Head Cam V8 engine from the factory ( there are 8 spark plugs )
You should have C.O.P. ( coil on plug ) The plugs are under the coils.
The plugs are under the 8 individual coil packs on top of the engine.
firewall 4 - 8 3 - 7 2 - 6 1 - 5 front of Crown Victoria
Remove the coil on top of the plug. There's the spark plug.
Should be a 5/8 spark plug socket.
.045 I believe Incorrect. Not sure how many mods there are, but for 1992 Ford Crown Vic, the gap setting should be between .052- .056.
