Sorry for my English I will do my best to explain this. The carbs of this Honda Magna have a knob in the middle of the carbs. It is for idle adjust, but is the problem is bigger you have to clean the carbs, check the jets and diaphragms is better if you can use an air compressor or maybe a vacuum sincronizer.
Underneath the carbs, near the throttle on the right side of the engine.
you mixture on the carbs is way to lean you need to adjust them
The fuel/air adjustments on these carbs are factory sealed and cannot be adjusted. There have been many that have drilled these plugs out and attempted to make the adjustments but, I just can't recall anyone that was successful in performing this procedure. In the end, they had to have them replaced.
You're gonna need to be more specific, exactly needs adjusting?
You need a carburetor synchronizer...attach it to the carbs, start the engine and adjust the idle screw until both sides are drawing equally.
i hate to tell you this but the stock carbs are just junk. you are better off just to go after market. weber or sidedraft. It will fix all your problems. $300 fix.
Two turns is usually a start for two cycle carbs. Then adjust after warmed up.
there is black knob on side of carbs turn clockwise to increase rpms
look to the front of the carbs from the right hand side you will see a yellow turn handle adjust it clockwise to increase anticlockwise to decrease
there are no carbs in the meat. you have to take into consideration of what is added to the meat loaf to figure out how many carbs are in it. so therefore there is no correct answer. Of course there are carbs in the meat! But the question can't be answered except by saying - that depends upon how much meatloaf and the recipe.
adjust and tinker with the fuel delivery to the carbs. Check the bracket holding the cable to the carbs. Mine was idling high, I just pushed it back to a reasonable idol and it's been fine ever sense. (Year ago)
