Need to know if it is an inside or outside door handle.
It is located on the drivers side of the transmission. You will have to remove the linkage to replace it. There should be directions with the new switch.
To replace a fuse on a 1990 buick park avenue, open the drivers door, look at the outside edge of the dash, you will see two flat tip screw heads, turned the screws in the correct direction and the screws will pop out. Behind this dash is the fuses and the directory of which fuses belong to what item. The directory will be on the inside of the dash panel.
Go to Allpar.com site and download a procedure by Rodger Koppa to replace outside door handle. It includes how to take off and put on the door panel. It's really simpler than it looks. You DO NOT have to unhook the inside door handle as the Chilton procedure says, by the way, if you decide to use that publication.

I need to replace my outside handle on the drivers door. Toyota told me to go on line to see a diagram. But, where? It is a 2000 camry.
DO not do that! Damage the truck! The correct way is to lower the fuel tank out of the truck.
It is called dialysis.
Get it re-newed.
How do you replace the panels on the outside of a 1995 pontiac Grand am?
I am not entirly sure of the procedure but its location is on the front bank at the rear (drivers side/front) and is driven by a belt off the camshaft. Like I said though you will probably have to remove a few things
