We have recently acquired a 1999 Buick Century Custom 3.1L V6. Although your question is on a 1995 model, I thought I could share my experience because I had the same question. There is supposed to be a sticker on the inside of the trunk lid that indicates recommended tire pressure. Needless to say, there was no sticker on ours. I am currently using 32 psi (as the couple of times I had the vehicle serviced (not at dealer) they set it at 30 psi or 32 psi). If you have not already done so, please check your owners manual or with a GM dealer. Hope this helps.
it is between 35 and 47
