The best time to stretch is after exercise...that way your muscles and your body is warm.

wel no its not its before an exersiz and my favorate in the morning after a sleep hehe. Actually, the best times to stretch are before and after exercising. As a warm up so you don't hurt yourself while exercising and as a cool down to help get your heart rate back to normal and to help with flexibility and such. The proper way to stretch is by taking it slow, don't rush or you could hurt yourself or pull a muscle. Then of course you need to know the proper stretches which I won't be trying to say. You can look those up if you actually don't know any stretches.
