I do not know where you live, but look at the websites of the colleges and universities in your state that have a Journalism major, and see if they offer courses in sports reporting. You ideally want to attend a school that not only has a Journalism major, but one that has its own newspaper or TV or radio station, so that you can apply the skills you are learning in your courses and get some good experience.
