The difference between a v engine and inline engine is that in v type engine the pistons and cylinders are aligned in in a v shape and in an inline type engine the pistons and cylinders are all vertical or inline with each other.
One runs on diesel and the other on petrol. Click the link.
in DTSi engine, there are two spark plug as compared to the simple engine.
The difference is the engine..........one is a 6 cylinder the other is a v8. Other than that not much.
Size, design, engine, performance, and many other features.
No, there is no difference, unless one is a 3.4L OHV and the other is a 3.4L DOHC (Dual Over Head Cam).
There may be other differences, but the one I know is the SLS has a 275 HP engine and the STS has a 300 HP engine.
its the same engine just other plastics bassicly newer model no performance improvements
What is the difference between a car and other means of transport? Got it?
If you mean why the difference in RPMs between idling and driving, the difference is due to the engine load; At idle, the engine isn't really doing much other than staying running, but under load (driving) the engine has to put its power out to the drivetrain, hence the symptomatic loss of engine speed (RPMs).
Need to be more specific, e.g., in-frame or out of frame, whether it's just the engine, or engine, transmission, and other components, and also what the engine is.... you're looking at a substantial price difference between overhauling a Cat and any other make of engine.
