from far away they're both electric Guitars , necks to play on , machine heads to tune the guitar..ect. But now here's honesty I've owned 17 guitars and played just about every big brand this is what to consider minus the logos as no one should say one guitar is better than another just because one says Gibson and one doesn't.
on a more expensive guitar they're made in places better known for quality, say America, Korea, parts of Europe or Japan depending on what brand you're after this is a big part of the price. Quality most won't notice until they play for a few months if not years. But if its say American made its very expensive compared to the first act guitar, but when you get it , it will be a near perfect guitar.
how its made, some guitars are very easy to make , a BC Rich Warbeast for example takes a lot more work to put it together so a higher price compared to a first act guitar you can just cut two pieces of wood and pretty much nail it together.
whats on the guitar is the next part for difference, for first act they want cheap stuff for beginner Guitarists so everyone can afford it, say on a Gibson Les Paul Custom (one of the most expensive guitars in regular stores) they want the best , they will put the best pieces of equipment on the guitar to make sure it sounds better, plays better and everything.
than what the guitars made out of, certain woods for guitars cost a lot of money compared to. So as long as you can get your ideas across it doesn't matter what brand you go with.
There is a big difference in meat and fist. Meat is obtained from goat, sheep and cow and is white in color. On the other hand fish meat is white in color.

A "fist bump" means the same as a high five.
It's pretty simple, really: a cross crosses the body so the fist ends up on the opposite side; a straight punch is, well, straight, and the fist ends up more or less directly in front of where it began.

A fist bump involves lightly tapping knuckles with another person, typically as a friendly greeting. A pound involves hitting fists together with more force, often as a gesture of celebration or agreement. The intensity and purpose of the action differentiate the two gestures.
