∙ 15y agoInternetwork is a generic term for any 2 networks being connected together. The 'Internet" is a term for the world wide internetwork as a whole. Example: I have 2 networks at home that are connected as an internetwork, but I don't have all the "Internet" at home, but I do connect to it.
