Well there are several difference's. English bridles typically fasten with buckles and come complete with reins and a noseband. Western bridles use either ties, snaps or buckles and usually you have to buy the noseband and reins separately.
Bits aside, Western bridles do not have a nose band like English bridles. Some western bridles also do not have a throat latch, and a few don't even have a browband.
Then the bits. Western curb bits have looser shanks, and are often more elaborate, decorated with silver and engraved, while English bits with shanks are merely a peice of metal hanging a few inches down, tightly attached and solid silver with no engraving or decoration.
There are many differences between and English and Western horse saddle. One of the major differences is the tack. Also, a Western saddle has a horn, while an English saddle does not have this feature.
What is the particularity of western bridles?
Well this what i know, i think: * They are often highly colored * They do not have a throat latch * They do not have a noseband
the difference between a western and a English bridle is that the western bridle is held in one hand and the English is in 2 hands.
