Absolutely no difference, if you are asking with reference to Mumbai University, India! Worldwide, the degree is known as MBA (even those who pass out with an MMS, call themselves an MBA). Only the Mumbai University calls it MMS, and the senate members don't know the difference. The curriculum, course methodology and even the evaluation is the same.
