The difference between min and max is, the min means the minimum amount of oil you can have in your engine, max means the max amount of oil you can have without causing overflow of the oil. You want it in between so when your engine gets hot and your oil expands a little bit it won't over flow your oil filter or dipstick, plus too much over the max level and you could cause oil filter problems, which then in turn can ruin your engine.
it should have a line eched into on side of the stick that says MAX above it. stop at that line, or just below.

while facing the front of car on right side of engine between the right side of the car and the engine half way down you should see a [yellow] knob which is the trans dip stick take that out and funnel fluid into that tube. fill and measure with the same dip stick while car IS running or ask checkers or autozone for specs on max oil capacity
The oil should be between the "Min" & "Max" lines on the dip stick. Make sure you're on level ground when you check it... Oil capacity is .45l or .40 quarts You can run 10w 30 Oil in it rear round.
I can only think of 4 ways, there is a MIN and MAX mark, with hatching in between the words, it says MIN and MAX with no hatches, there are 2 holes drilled at the bottom and above it, LOW ADD 1QT should be the bottom, MAX or FULL should be the top, OR there are lil Notches cut into the dip stick, a top and bottom meaning the same thing as the previous possibility.
