The 'Corporate' edition is also known as 'Volume Licensed'. These editions are sold directly to an organisation via a direct relationship with Microsoft.

'Volume Licensed' editions do not need activation, and use a single license key for the entire organisation. 'Volume Licensed' editions are also only sold as upgrade licenses.
