Nowadays they are identical and coterminous. But in Biblical days, Chag haPesach/the Passover festival, was the first afternoon/evening of the holiday, terminating with the eating of the pascal lamb sacrifice along with matza/unleavened bread and marror/bitter herbs, and the recitation of certain Psalms and other passages from The Bible and rabbinic texts. Chag haMatzot/The Festival of Unleavened Bread then lasted for the next 7 days, after which leavened products could once again be eaten.

Passsover remembers God having passed over the Israelite houses when He killed the Egyptian's first born before Moses led them into the wilderness. Hannukkah is a celebration in remembrance of the miracle where a single day's worth of oil lasted eight days after the Temple was overrun by the Greeks..

The Passover seder is when Jews commemorate the exodus from Egypt. We read the story of the exodus around the dinner table then enjoy a nice meal. Passover is celebrated once a year.

The Eucharist is a Christian religious service held in church that celebrates a rite where Jesus supposedly gave his followers bread and wine saying that they were his body and blood. In some Christian sects this rite takes place once a week, in others, it takes place daily. This is a concept that completely violates the teachings of the Tanach (Jewish Bible) and contradict what we are celebrating during Passover (our choosing to follow HaShem (The Creator) and rejecting idolatry and human sacrifice). (From the Jewish perspective, the ideas represented by the Eucharist would be symbolic human sacrifice.)
