Tramadol is an agonist-antagonist and morphine is a full agonist. I know it probably makes no sense to you, but, ill try to explain the best i can. Many years ago Drug companies wanted to make a pill that killed pain without the euphoria and addiction potential. They made a few that are still on the market today, such as Tramadol, Nubain and 2 others i can't think of off-hand. Opiates work by attaching to opiate receptors in our brain. Agonists attach and let go giving you the high and pain killing effects we all know. There are many different types of opiate receptors in the brain and its thought that if scientists can find one to bind to the correct receptor we will have our magic pain pill. Tramadol, however is associated with addiction and euphoria and, sometimes more so dysphoria. I hope this was understandable and answers your ?.
BTW, morphine is a natural chemical extracted from the poppy plant and tramadol is synthetic.
Once again, i am not a pharmacist, nor do i have any pharmacological training, so, be careful out there!
The difference between a tram and a bus is that a tram is a type of rail vehicle that operates on a street railway whereas a bus is operated on a road and does not rely on electricity.
i think a trans flap and a tram flap are one and the same thing. Tram stands for transverse rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap] and trans is just a shortening of the first word transverse. That's what i think anyway. It just seems to make sense.

tram(car)
A tram (streetcar) is called 'un tram' or 'un tramway' in French.
A tram can be a monorail without wheels.
An Australian tram runs on tracks (like a train) that are in the middle of the road, which is also used by motor vehicles, and is powered by overhead electric power lines. Trains run on tracks which are usually separate from roads and are powered by diesel fuel, steam or eletricity from overhead cables.
"Trolley" is one American synonym for "tram" (another is "streetcar").There is an important distinction, however, between atrolleybus (which is a steerable bus running on normal road wheels that takes its power, via trolley poles, from an overhead electric line) and atram (which runs on rails, and may take its power from an overhead line - whether via a trolley pole or pantograph collector - or be otherwise powered).
Thirty people were slightly injured when the elevated tram was dislodged from the cable last night. Let's not take the tram! Does the tram have a bar?
Nessy is a Threshadon Boss which can be seen when traveling through or on the Deeprun Tram. (The Tram between Stormwind & Ironforge). It is impossible for players to reach Nessy at the moment but she can be seen.
