Regarding "Star Ratings", The International Healthcare Commisssion (IHC) is the only organization that awards hospital quality "Star Ratings". IHC rates clinical outcomes of hospitals and compares them to 5000 Joint Commission (USA) Hospitals. Hospitals achieving clinical outcomes higher than the JC USA national averages are awarded "5 Star Ratings".
