When you build cardiovascular endurance you increase the ability of your body to absorb oxygen and carry it to the muscles which gives them the ability to perform longer and stronger.
It depends on your body. If you know how to control your endurance I'm sure an energy bracelet will not effect your endurance. But if you are unhealthy, out of shape, etc. it probably will effect it.
One desirable effect of regular exercise is improved physical fitness. This includes stronger muscles, improved cardiovascular health, better flexibility and balance, and increased overall endurance.

Strength - muscles cardio - endurance flexibility - stretching of muscles
Lower weight, higher reps.
Stamina is more about strength, and endurance is more about time. Stamina is focused on how long a group of muscles can perform at maximum capacity. Endurance is focused on the amount of time a group of muscles can perform a certain action.

basically endurance is the power to withstand hardship or stress. There are 2 main types: - Cardiovascular endurance/fitness: the extent which the body can withstand fatigue. - Muscualr endurance: using voluntary muscles repeatedly without tiring. Definitions of vocab: Fatigue : tiredness in a sport at the stage where you are getting poor posture voulntary muscles: muscles which are controlled consciously and do not work involuntarily. E.g. quads, hamstrings, gastrocnemius. involuntary muscles: muscles that are not controlled by our skeleton. I have my PE GCSE this week and i am using SAM learning, which is very good. :)
Aerobic endurance involves the heart, lungs, and muscles. The heart pumps oxygen-rich blood to the muscles, the lungs provide oxygen to the blood, and the muscles use the oxygen to produce energy for sustained physical activity. Strengthening these body parts can improve aerobic endurance.
