As you may already know, the lifespan of a cell is very short, so they continuously multiply without you even knowing it. There are billions of cells in your body. Sometimes, they start multiplying too quickly, and too many of them are being made. These cells are cancerous cells. They start in a certain part of your body, and you start to notice when you see a big lump in your skin. That lump is cancer. And it starts to spread if you don't treat it. The cells make more cancerous cells and they start growing in bigger and bigger packs. When it is already spread, there is a very small chance that you will survive because they have to remove more of your body.

Cancer can return if the doctors make a mistake and do not remove some of the cancerous cells. They continue to start multiplying, and the same thing happens again. The best way to prevent this from happening is to immediately check with your doctor when you notice a lump in any part of your body. Better to be safe than sorry.
